In Spectre: Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Your account and its data are removed.
iOS Settings → tap your Apple ID at the top → Subscriptions. Cancel, change, or restore there.
Sign in to Spectre with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe, then Profile → Settings → Restore Purchases.
• "My subscription isn't loading." — Make sure you're signed in to the App Store and have a network connection; try Restore Purchases. • "I forgot which method I signed in with." — Try Sign in with Apple first; it links to the device's Apple ID. • "I want a refund." — Apple handles all refunds: reportaproblem.apple.com — sign in, find the Spectre purchase, request a refund.
